What Ghost EMA is
Ghost EMA is a charting and market analysis tool. It shows market data, volume measurements, chart marks and an AI assistant ("Ghost") that describes what the data shows. It is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Not financial advice
Nothing on Ghost EMA is investment, financial, trading or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Marks, lines, sizes, targets and Ghost's answers are measurements and descriptions of past and current data. They do not predict the future. Trading cryptocurrencies and other assets involves a high risk of loss, including the loss of your entire capital. Any decision you make is yours alone.
No guarantees
We do our best to keep the service accurate and available, but market data comes from third parties (currently Binance) and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the service can be interrupted. Ghost EMA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on anything shown in it.
Your account
You sign in with your email. Keep your login link private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. We may limit usage (for example the number of Ghost questions per day) or suspend accounts that abuse the service, scrape it or interfere with it.
Subscriptions
Ghost EMA is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, their price and terms will be shown before you pay, and payments are handled by our payment provider under its own terms.
Content and ownership
Ghost EMA, its name, logo, GhostEMA indicator and software are ours. Your drawings and settings are yours; we store them so they follow you between sessions.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
